Optimasi Formula Serbuk Pewarna Alami Daun Singkong (Manihot esculenta Crantz)

Cassava leaves (Manihot esculenta C.) have a total chlorophyll of 27.4667 mg/g, the second highest after papaya leaves. Plants containing can be used as raw materials to make green powder natural dyes. The method in manufacture powdered dyes is foam mat drying. process making dye with drying added maltodextrin and MgCO3. purpose this study was determine optimum formula for cassava leaf variations MgCO3 physical chemical supporting characteristics powder. results showed that coloring F5. Variations comparison concentrations obtained water content value 4.44%; dissolving time 41 seconds; pH 8.2; L* 53.0; a* -21,4; b* 18.9; degradation stability heating oven hot plate are 11.59% 11.92%; hue 138.55o ; chroma 28.55; 14,231 mg/g. In addition, application textiles color resistance test found decrease mass fabric did not change too much.

 Daun singkong memiliki klorofil sebesar 27,4667 tertinggi kedua setelah daun pepaya. Tumbuhan yang mengandung dapat digunakan sebagai bahan baku pembuatan pewarna alami serbuk hijau. Metode dalam adalah Proses dengan metode ditambah maltodekstrin dan Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menentukan variasi serta sifat fisik kimia pendukung ekstrak singkong. Formula Hasil menunjukkan bahwa optimal Variasi perbandingan konsentrasi pada diperoleh nilai kadar air 4,44%; waktu larut detik; 8,2; 53,0; penurunan stabilitas pemanasan masing-masing 11,59% 11,92%; 138,55o 28,55; kandungan 14.231 Selain itu, aplikasi tekstil uji ketahanan warna didapatkan massa kain tidak terlalu banyak berubah.
